[0.10.8][kovarex] Editor: "Wrong transport belt direction"

Game crashes with error "Wrong transport belt direction" after placing diagonal rails and changing to transport belt.

Steps to reproduce:
1: Load a map in the map editor
2: Select and place some rails diagonally
3: Select inserter (Because why not. They will be diagonal too)
4: Select transport belt
