[Dominik] [16.0] Achievement tracker graphical bug

As you can see in the image, the achievement tracker looks broken, tried it in new game generated and on old savefile from previous version.

Edit: add another image for clarity, first one has mousehover in it

This is one of bugs from the big GUI rewrite that we failed to catch, thanks for help. It will be fixed in 0.16.3.
