When you have a blueprint with becons with modules, and you want to place it down the modules are not visable. (However in they assembler machine they are visable)
When you click to place the ghost blueprint then they are visable
When you hover with your mouse over a blueprint, then in the preview they are visable
There not shown, when holding the blueprint in your hand, and trie to find a spot to place it down.
To reproduce this.
1. Make a blueprint from one beacon and one assembler, with speedmodules 3 in it (this is used in my case)
2. Find a spot to place it down (but do not place it down, now look if you see modules in the beacons)

This is also the case with Electric furnaces.

I made a blueprint with i think al machines that uses modules.
When you want to place it down, in that previeuw there there missing.
Preview in hotbar is ok;

I just noticed something else in the printscreen.
If you look at the position of where the modules are placed on top of the machine.
Then you see that most modules are on the same hight but some are not.
And then the point that the previews show diffrent module placements then the building itself.
