[Oxyd] Blueprint Stuck in "Queued for transfer" Forever

As the subject title implies, the issue or bug is, that the Blueprints in player inventory on server get stuck in queue forever. Only on online multiplayer, after a certan # of blueprints are reached, there is no rhythm or reason i can find. All i know is that when i play locally or load my own server up, this issue does not seem prevalent other than because there isn't a large map save file, and many people or any who have joined my server(local or remote).

Copy of my blueprint .dat file is attached (had to compress as a .zip) as its 14mb in size.

yeah i know this error happens less since they adjusted something with this exact same problem in 15.28,
- 15.29 had a serious issue, pause and crash mp server, thanks for the quick fix devs! :D
but since i dont know what the exact cause it, all i can say is i join some servers and i can't have access to my blueprints,
but if i rejoin my own server i still have to re-download my blueprints,

and sometimes my server wont even let me have my own blueprints, very frustrating when this happens, it usually cures it's self after a while tho, probably could use a lower time out when things are qued and fail, as i suspect that this is curing the ailment of not downloading my blueprints.

i proposed that having to redownload my blueprints was probably a bug, seems kovarex agrees i shouldnt have to redownload my blueprints after i have already downloaded them so i still have a bug report on that viewtopic.php?f=7&t=50878

EDIT: for anyone that sees this bug make a save of the local game and post a link to it to help the devs figure out a solution, i will do that next time i find it happening.

What is the max size of a world upload i can attach? My multiplayer world i was experiencing this bug with was on a 80+ mb world (multiplayer).

I just want to know so i know if i need to upload to my own file server or if i can directly upload it here.

ok my server is no longer allowing me to use my blueprints again after i have rejoined and i am including a copy of the save and the server log file.

hope this is helpful, i had to leave for a few hours and they stopped working when i rejoined. if they begin working again i will add a new message and add new save and logs if that will help.

i just noticed something interesting, this person left the game while one of their blueprints were downloading, or it was bugged and didn't download, ill have to wait till they are online again and ask them, but here is a screen shot that shows their blueprint in progress and not moving,

there definitely needs to be a time out if a blueprint fails or if a player goes offline during an upload so as not to bug other players blueprints imo.
