[0.15.16] [posila] server crash when exiting

On Windows
1. start server
2. disconnect network
3. stop server (Ctrl+C)
4. crash

Thanks for the report.
I was not able to reproduce the crash, but I can see why it crashed in this particular case, so that is fixed for 0.15.17
