[0.15.14] Crash-to-desktop when using nanobots (modded)

I've encountered a game-crash when deconstructing some trees using nanobots in a game newly converted from 0.15.13 to 0.15.14.
This is a regression, the crash doesn't happen under identical circumstances with 0.15.13

The save is quite heavily modded (bobs, angels, ...), so I've also included my mod-list.json for reference (even though the save obviously also contains the list).

Steps to reproduce:
  • When loading the attached auto save there is a bunch of trees directly to your right.
  • Deconstruction-planner some of the trees
  • Press "Tab" (or whatever you have bound to switch weapons) to activate the nanobots
  • Wait for crash
Alternatively, you can just plop down a couple of assemblers or something as ghosts and activate nanobots, the game also crashes.
Three log files from crashes are appended in one zip.

Happens When: Always (in my ~10 tries)
What happens: Game crashes to desktop
Expectation: Game doesn't crash (well you did ask us to state it, even if it seems obvious to us :roll: )

I've also added a second save that ISN'T an autosave, it can be loaded in both 0.15.13 and .14, it only crashes in .14.

How long till 15.15?
I think i have the same issue with nanobots, bobs, angels..
