[kovarex] [0.15] Can't use period in commands if set to open character screen

When "Open character screen" button is set to "." (Key73) there is no way to type a "." in the console.

In version 0.13.15 when I hit "." when console was open it would BOTH type a "." and open character screen, which was annoying, but tolerable (I only learned today that apparently other people don't have to deal with that when they hit their open character screen key while using the console... it just types in the console).

Now in version 0.15.12 when I hit "." when console is open it ONLY opens my character screen and won't type ".". So I could be in the middle of typing a command out "/c game" and when I hit the "." it just won't type that portion and will only open the character screen.

In case you're wondering I use "." as my open character screen because on a dvorak keyboard my "." is in the same spot as the "e" key on a qwerty keyboard. My top row is ' , . p y f g c r l / =

I can confirm the issue, by rebinding open character to '.'
