[Twinsen] Frame Layout screwed up after leaving graphics menu

When pausing the game and entering the graphics sub menu in options, the paused-frame moves upwards. That's fine so far. But once you leave the sub menu the paused-frame moves in front of the menu. In the attachement you can see the problem. So far that happend only when leaving the graphics sub menu.

I believe that happens only when you change the gui scale or resize the display.

Fixed both cases in Version: 0.15.24.
