[15.2] Multiplayer, Game Crashed for everyone (Train::tryReserveSignalsUpTo)

Not sure of the cause- a new player had just joined, one of us was working on smelting, another on music-speaker-stuff, and myself on a copper train. I've attached the log and save file, but the last save was about 7 minutes before the crash.

There are several reports with similar logs from .14, the issue was considered to be fixed. Will not move this report as the others are quite old.
