[0.15.2][Twinsen] Arithmetic Combinator output held with no input

After disconnecting the input wire to the arithmetic combinator, the output remains on. If I instead leave the input CC connected and simply turn it off, the arithmetic combinator updates correctly. Arith combinator shown here is configured as Each*black=>Each, but seems to happen for any configuration I've tried.

Are you sure it still has power? If it does not, keeping the output is normal behaviour afaik.

Sidebar shows hover info for that combinator - including a full power bar, no inputs, and a list of outputs.
