.14.22 Minor Gui- Constant Combinator

The constant combinator gui doesn't have a line break after the output on/off line resulting in weird looking combinator gui if the name locale is long enough to extend the window

[edit] The wierd layout only shows up when their are no signals present

Easy to replicate just replace the locale name for constant combinator with a few more words.

2 Workarounds Use a shorter name, or untested force a line break in the locale name \n when it gets excessive.
