[0.14.21] Power armor GUI not scaling

[0.14.21] Power armor GUI not scaling

The power armor slot GUI does not scale with the rest of the GUI when setting a custom scaling per cent. It is always stuck on 100%.

A picture says a thousand words, right?
Example at 200 per cent scaling
