0.14.20 API Documentation errors

- LuaControl.force is documented as read-only

- LuaGameScript.create_surface has an undocumented return value (the generated surface)

Could there be more "occurrences" of these errors?

Other errors: almost all of the LuaControl values shown as read-only are in fact RW.
