[0.9.7] hotkey change related bug

Hello and thank you for this game, I am enjoying it greatly.

I changed 'Open Window' and 'Close Window' (both E by default) to Mouse Button 4 because I find it easier. Opening the windows like this works fine. But when the mouse pointer is over the opened window in question, a re-click of mouse button 4 does not close the window. Moving the location of the mouse pointer OFF the window will allow me to click MB4 to close the window. So there is something about the pointer being over the window that is stopping the MB4 click from being registered. This does not happen with the default E key, of course.

Thank you for the report, it will now work as expected in 0.9.8
