[0.13.2] GUI doesn't scale properly (e.g. Bonus info)

I've had a few instances where the gui renders parts of itself outside the available screen space, for some of the research for instance the research button will only be partially on-screen:
(Edit: research page fixed, removed from report)
Having too many modded items that receive bonuses also causes a problem with gui scaling:
