[Mod portal] Errors: "A mod with that name already exist"

Trying to submit a mod I have made on request called "no-deconstruct". When I first tried it I got the message "Errors: Internal server error", that was a few days ago. I tried again today and it says "name: A mod with that name already exist" (should be exists btw) but when using the search function my mod does not show up.

This was fixed in 0.13.1
