so i noticed, that i cant control click items in trains when they are moving, or waiting at a signal. I believe I used to be able to do that. If i just open the inventory then it works all fine.
I dont know if this was changed somewhere, because i noticed when trains are no pathing or waiting at a signal they cant be unloaded either.

Well, that is not really a bug. Train only opens input/output inventories when waiting in station, so it is not accesible when running by inserters etc.
