[0.12.20][posila]Contruction robot behavior

Decided to remodel part of my base and now all my construction robots are acting really wierd. They are all trying to recharge but every few seconds they all decide they want to recharge somewhere else. This has been going on for at least a few minutes now and they don't seem to stop anytime soon. Not sure when they began doing it so i can't give specific instructions to replicate it but the behavior can be observed in the linked file below.

Thanks for the report. The problem is that whenever roboport is added to or removed from your huge network, all construction bots lose their charging destination. It is fixed for 0.12.21 now.
