[012.6/12.7 Red train signals when no other train is present

This has been seen live on a few Twitch channels recently. Happened a few time on my base but was unable to reproduce it until now.

Long description:
Train travels for a period of time and then stops at a red signal, however there are no trains directly in front of that particular red signal. After coming to a complete stop the red signal vanishes and the train moves on like normal.

To Reproduce:
Install the 2 mods included with the file link, no other mods are required. Ignore the dialog box displayed from removed entities as it has no bearing on the reproductivity of the bug. No button presses or view changes are necessary to view the bug. The bug occurs ~3 minutes of ingame time has elapsed. Visual landmarks as to when you are getting close will be passing a large solar field making a left turn followed by a right into a desert area. Shortly after the turn the bug occurs and the train comes to a stop with no train infront of it blocking it.
