[0.12.2] [kovarex] Multi Surface POFF

When an object is built in a surface. The poff appears in all surfaces.
The way i did it was by creating another object in my the underground surface using the create_entity function.

Noticed the told change in FFF #111 so il continue to use my signature ^_^

I would jump of joy if we could specify which tiles spawned in a surfaces

Thanks for the report, the problem is fixed for the 0.12.3 (next version) now.
