Weird window pops up when mousing over lab

I got this weird bug when i was playing factorio, i really dont know what went wrong since i just plonked 2 research labs down and one of them acted weird. Whenever i moused over it i got this giant box covering half of the screen, and when i removed the mouse again it disappeared. The text reads: "n organizing factories on his own into self sustaining, terraforming, alien obliterating megalopolises; the man who never trolls and appreciate tools; the modern day alchemist herein immortalized as Michael Pratt". It's a pretty weird text and a wondered where its from, hope its fixable since its bugging me a little bit.
