[0.12.0] Too long backer names

[0.12.0] Too long backer names

Just a few minutes ago I had a radar get a name so long the window extended past the left side of my screen. There need to be length restrictions on these:

It only happens verry rarely that those popup, tbh I find it fun to look for all the names and hope I got a long one :P
IF you guys limit them, only limit futere one's please. No? For me its nice (aldough it wouldnt be present in an AAA game, here it fits in nicely)
