[Rseding91] [2.0.12] Construction bots try to take from trash slot Tank

While building a railroad a few rail's went to my tanks trash slot. The construction bots from my tank try to use them to build but can't take them. Now they just hover over the tank. Seems to me they should either be able to take them, or not see them so they don't just hover there.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a tank with construction bots and roboports in equipment
2. Put some item in tank's trash slot
3. Ghost build that item near tank
Result: Bots get out of tank and just float above it.
Expected result: Bots should either take items from trash slots or not get out of tank at all.

You can put stone furnace in tank trash slot and bug should repeat:
