[boskid] [2.0.11] Constant index field of selector combinator cannot be parameterized

When using selector combinators in select input mode, with a constant index field, this field cannot be set as a parameter in the blueprint editor.

To reproduce:
1. Place a selector combinator.
2. Configure it in 'Select Input' mode.
3. Set its index to any constant value.
4. Make a blueprint of this combinator.

Expected results:
You are able to provide a parameter or formula to calculate or specify this index.

Actual behaviour:
Blueprint has no parameters.

Additional information:
If the the index is set to a signal, this value can be parameterized but cannot be provided a formula, nor a constant value when placing the blueprint.
