[kovarex] Rich text icons in combinators and display panels descriptions can't be parametrized

I noticed that when blueprinting combinators or displays panels that have one or more descriptions containing rich text icons those icons aren't recognized by the parametrization system and don't show up in the blueprint parameter menu. Likewise inserting the parameter icons manually in the text do not trigger a parameter query when setting down the blueprint.

The description of the combinators have been added to the blueprint parametrisation logic.
