[1.1.100] Crash settings up hotbar when server left

Hello, while speedrunning in multiplayer we found that one player's game would randomly crash when closing the server to start a new run, and it turns out that it was happening because he was setting up his hotbar when the server was closing. I also tested some other things like closing the server while settings up a personal logistic slot or selecting a signal in a combinator and it also makes the game crash.
