[Kovarex] [1.1.87] Continue: Host Game does not sync mods
In the main menu, when the green button reads Continue: Host savefile, clicking the green button does not sync mods with the save. This is inconsistent with the behavior when the green button reads Continue savefile, which does create a prompt to sync mods.

Hopefully it's the same bug but not in the same circumstances
When choosing to load a game for hosting it, modules are not synchronized. I'd expect them to be, obviously
Workaround: load the save as single player, sync mods, quit game immediately, then restart hosting.

You get the exact same menu when hosting as loading in single player.

Here's what I did:
- I have some mods enabled
- I chose multiplayer -> host saved game
- I selected a save with totally different mods
- the hosting window opened, allowing to set up server settings
- after validation, the save loaded without the required mods, keeping initial mods. No mods sync window was displayed at any point.
What operations did you do to get the sync window?

I just watched someone "Continue: Host ..." a save and it didnt prompt about mismatched mods (multiple mods were deactivated compared to the save) in 2.0, so I think this is still an issue.
