1. I clicked on Settings > Audio > Preferred Output (might be different because I play in a different language) from the main menu and changed my default from "Default Device" to my bluetooth headphones.
2. The game crashed with an error box. After reopening, I am met with the message "Couldn't initialize audio. Audio is now deactivated"
3. I expected the audio to be coming from my headphones.
4. Looks like it's happening sometimes. It is fixed after removing the bluetooth device.

Re: [Donion] [1.1.107] Crash changing audio output
Hello,
I am aware of the crashing when an audio device initialization fails, which is what happens in your case. I will be fixing this.
As to why the initialization fails when selecting the bluetooth headphones, that's hard to say and mostly out of our control.
You say it's happening sometimes, do you mean that sometimes you're able to use (switch to) your headphones without problems?

Re: [Donion] [1.1.107] Crash changing audio output
By "sometimes" I mean that it doesn't work from the time frame when i change the audio device while Factorio is opened to when i remove that audio device. When I reconnected the device and then opened the game, it would work. Thank you

The crash is now fixed for the next release.
Thanks for the report.
