[0.11.6] Desync loop after load game

When i manualy save game and after load it happens desync loop. It seems that this middle - end-game bug. Looks like bug stored in save file after manual save, and after autosaves contains this bug. Desync happens in random intervals in 0-5 seconds. This bug also present in earlier versions of the game (earlier i play without mods. now - with).

Thanks for the report, this is how desync report is done

The problem is fixed for 0.11.9
