I've encountered it on 1.1.60 for the first time, but it might be present in earlier versions.
If you have a mod installed which declare "bad" prototype, and you happen to have prototype history disabled, error message will have disabled-history as mod name as cause. Hitting "disable mods from list" will crash the game.
I am aware that with 1.1.60 disabling prototype history is no longer needed even for development purposes, but thats still a crash.

Thanks for the report. I was actually planning on removing the option to disable prototype history assuming this release didn't have large issues with the improvements we made. It seems like it has been working without any major issues and now with this report I'll likely be removing it for the next 1.1 release.

I was the person who asked you to keep the prototype-history disable, and I would like to directly report the improvements made in 1.1.60 have absolutely rendered that option pointless, and I support its removal.
