Issue is not obvious from the log files - game crashes in 30 seconds or so of running in the attached save. Save is running with tons of mods (attached in link).

TL;DR; Fixed for 0.11.4 (I can load the save without mods).

Ok, so I tried to load the game (without any mods, because lot of them were not 0.11 compatibile), and I discovered serious problem.

The problem is, that some of the mods contained changes that made some of the inventories bigger. So the inventories get resized back to their proper size when loading the save, this is standard until now. But there was some blueprint item in the removed slot of the inventory, that when deleted while loading (and some loading mechanism depended on it) it lead to crash.

So this problem is now solved the proper way, and it also solves the problem, that when the inventory gets smaller because of mod removal (or addition), and some items are removed because of it, the circuit network (when the container is connected to it), or the logistic network, handles the removal of those items properly.
