[v453000][0.18.34] Icon for tank (vehicle) has 1 pixel border

Running 0.18.34 for the first time and looking through techs found this (look at the icon for tank under effects). Not sure if it appears outside research tab. I checked game files (texture is fine), and it is either my computer (which i doubt, as everything else is alright) or coding, perhaps wrong size of picture. Reloading the game didn't fix the problem.
