[0.18.00] Reproducable Crash few seconds after loading 0.17.79 savegame

Savegame is from 0.17.79, but started somewhere in 0.17.xx. No mods in this save.

Crash happens roughly 5 seconds after loading, savegame works fine in 0.17.79 (downgraded factorio and tried it) but always crashes after loading in 0.18.
Tried saving it in 0.18, crash still happens.

Might have something to do with the map scanning at the start of the game, since in mapview it seems that the game crashes when finishing the left-to-right scan of the map.

Maybe related, 1 week ago i reorganized my savegames, some with mods, some without, loaded this savegame(which was always vanilla) while having other mods enabled, then saved it, then loaded it without mods and saved it again, seemed to be working fine. I later realized all radars have gone missing in the process (maybe due to mod "Radar improvement research), maybe something else broke that is now an issue in 0.18?
