[0.10.12] Replay still got stuck on Tech tree

Hi.
Replay feature is kinda old by now, but i still cant use it.
Every replay i make get stuck when i open the Tech tree.
Didn't see it in open bugs, it is just me ? because i re-install the game.

I think the desync error is integral with multiplayer so they'll probably phase that desync out along with many others when 0.11 gets here.

Just to clarify: the game freezes at the point you open the research window and never progresses past that point.

That's what happens to you right?

EDIT: that bug report 4812: "Replays desync when player opens research" has two parts

First: desync at tick X
the reason why it was closed as a duplicite

Second: replay saving / execution
I remember seeing that reported before, but I wasn't able to find it again.
Might have stayed unadressed

same but not.
i having the game just freezes no me.
while the 1st first topic is about an error dialog
and the 2nd is about a crash.
still, it is a very easy to reproduce issue, so i dont know why it is not fixed, or it is just happening to me.

I believe that this is fixed in 0.11.x
