Biters are clumping together, but the biters on side are idle so those in center cant get through. Over time it gets worse because more biters are joining.
It is on multiplayer server, but there are only two people. Its also modded, but nothing that should change behaviour of biters.

Thanks, fixed in 0.17.59. It will take a few minutes for the clog to clear up after loading the save, but they should get going again.
