[Twinsen][0.17.9][keybind] Left click does not work to dismiss dialogue box

The game simply doesn't seem to be registering that I have clicked to continue, I tried out the campaign tutorial and it seems that when it got to a prompt that asked me to left click to continue it did the same thing.
I am able to interact with the game normally everywhere else with my mouse so I am at a loss as to whats happening.
I loaded up the 0.16.51 version and it of course worked fine.
I also tried using the inbuilt windows 7 disability features to bring up a mouse that can be controlled by the numpad and the click still doesn't register.

The key was bound to mouse click instead of the default TAB.

But it should now work regardless of the keybinding.
Fixed in Version: 0.17.40.

Since the fix caused this problem viewtopic.php?f=7&t=70910, i decided to revert the fix and simply not allow setting a mouse shortcut to "Confirm Message" keybinding.
