[0.17.1] autosave interval off by one

In the settings, I have the autosave interval set to 5 minutes (the default). However, in the config file and the game behavior, autosaves happen every 6 minutes. Guessing that somebody forgot to take into account that the new GUI is providing actual values, and is adding 1 to the value returned by the GUI for the setting, and subtracting 1 from the setting to present in the GUI. (Which explains why when I first launched 0.17, my autosave interval was reported as 59 minutes, because I'd set it to 60 minutes when playing 0.16.)

I go the same bug. 1 min interval saves every 2 minutes and 5 min interval every 6 minutes.
