[0.17.1] Sound menu sliders unresponsive

[Windows 10, AMD CPU+GPU, Steam, 0.17.1]

I opened the Settings > Sounds menu (from the main menu), and tried to click and drag the Master slider around. In response, the game froze for several seconds (proportional to how long I had held and tried to drag the slider) (and I heard my fans spin up a bit during the freeze).

Clicking on the slider in different places causes the slider to be set to that point as expected.

Other sliders in the game (such as in the Graphics menu) respond to being dragged normally. It seems to be just the Sound menu that's weird.

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.17.
