Probably related to viewtopic.php?f=23&t=39572, if a building with requested modules has modules in it and is destroyed, the ghost remembers both sets of modules, which are then all registered as requests when the building is rebuilt. This can cause a ludicrous number of modules to be shown as requested by the ghost.

This is changed in 0.17 so manually putting modules in something you previously requested to have modules delivered by robots will cancel the robot requests that no longer fit.
