The locked state of choose-elem-button is saved in savegame and ignored after loading
- Button created
- Select item
- Set locked = true => slot is locked
- Save game
- Load game
- property locked is still true but => slot is unlocked
- setting locked = true in lua => slot is unlocked
- setting locked = false and afterward locked = true => slot is unlocked
- setting locked = false, wait 1 tick (with on_tick event) and set locked = true on second tick => slot is locked
