[HanziQ][Mod Portal] Discussion section showing wrong user

Hi once again HanziQ,

On the tab discussion on the mod portal we can chat with each other obviously...
It shows the title of the conversation and underneath some extra info:
- when last message was send
- user who sended that message (it says 'by' so i would say this is the user that posted the last message, not the first)

The bug is that it shows the username who started the conversation (first post).

(picture taken from the land mover mod.)

In the picture you see a conversation that BILLPC2684 started, and I responded 2 minutes ago.

So i would expect the message should say 2 minutes ago by lovely_santa ?

Actually, I would expect this to show the original author and original posting time, so I'll fix that and also add last message author and time, maybe on the right side.
