[0.15.24] Big MP Map - other player(s) cannot join

Hi there,

just after the update to 0.15.24. we restarted our game. It is not possible for the second player to join, immedaite desync prevents from joining.
Save game is attached.

Moved to Desyncs with mods.

Do you have a desync report (file named desync-report-2017-06-xx_xx-xx-xx.zip found in %appdata%\Factorio\archive on the client)?

Thanks for the report. This should be fixed in the next version of 0.15.
