[0.15.6] Inserter Graphics Glitch

When rotating an inserter that already been placed between rail and a chest, the inserter graphic is off by 90 degrees when the inserter is rotated to insert from the chest onto the rail.

The inserter graphic should align with the direction of the inserter. This also applies to the long handed inserter.

Reproduce: 1) build a chest, inserter, and rail (order does not matter) adjacent to one another 2) rotate inserter at least 360 degrees.
