[0.15.1] Miners not able to output Sulfuric Acid to Pipes

I don't know if its a bug or intended, but seeing how the flame thrower turret currently allows fluid flow in and out, I think the Sulfuric Acid from miners should also have this ability, although using a pump does pull the fluid out so there's that.

Also just to clarify the mine consists of 6 Miners, with 1 Chemical Factory making Sulfuric Acid, that is more then enough to supply 6 Miners, and the left side is connected to the main Sulfuric Acid pipe itself.
