[0.13.15][Linux] [Pending] Options not saving

Basically whenever I change an option it will stay until I restart the game. This is a problem because I don't really want to change my sound and graphics every time I boot the game also, it's impossible to change things that require a restart (EG: Video Memory usage, which would be great since I have a wimpy GPU)

I'm running:
OS: Elementary OS (Ubuntu 14.04 LTS)
CPU: Quad-Core AMD FX-4130 Quad-Core Processor
RAM: 8GB
GPU: AMD Radeon 7750
The game is stored on an HDD.

Try to delete the settings folder in the application directory.
