P.S. I think that the error occurs when there is a saving of progress(autosave every 2 min.) but not every time.

Something is wrong at your end. Your Factorio is receiving invalid packets from several IP addresses (in both logs). The way Factorio handles these now is not optimal (it shouldn't crash for sure), but It is a too large change to fix it for 0.12., if you expect your computer to be bombarded by random packets like this and still let you play, you will need to wait for 0.13.0, sorry.
