May I suggest changing the wording from
"Delete achievements"
to
"Reset achievements"?

The current implies that once deleted they will be gone forever and cannot be regained. But that would be silly, won't it?

Smaller and more informative achievement pins

Right now the pins are a massive icon, sometimes with a progress bar, and that's it.
It'd be a lot nicer if the pins had the name, description, and a smaller icon.

So many players try to build megabases that it feels fun to have an achievement formalizing it.

I am thinking "Consuming 60K Space Science in one hour" and "Consuming 120K Space Science in one hour".

When generating a new map on peaceful, or even now with "lowered settings", there should be some prior notice that some achievements will be disabled.

You really have no idea if something is disabled

Personally I'd like red text at the bottom near the generate button.

As far as i understand, currently if you enable peaceful mode, some achievements are disabled. However if you use worldgen settings that makes no biters at all, you do get all achievements. There's not much difference, except that with peaceful it's even harder ...

Lazy boy achievement should use dynamic count

The number of hand crafted items allowed for lazyboy (111 items) makes it impossible to achieve this outside of the default settings. It would be nice if the allowed number of hand crafted items would adjust to changed costs in recepies and techs, like in marathon mode.
