Adding electric transpot carts would be great. It would be something between belts and trains but with trans mechanics. Belts are good to organize factory sections like furnaces, boilers, storages etc. ...

Yes, simply because it has to maintain a connection with the other end. Therefor it uses 1 kw when inactive.

It is just an idea.

I also suggest if they implement it, that the teleporter should be the lowest in the electric network, therefore, if not enough electricty, the teleporter shuts off

How about trains that run by electricity?
They could use their own advanced tracks, which could also function as power lines,
so you don't have to build electric poles next to them to power your machines at the train stations.

Accumulator Trains are in fact fairly common. They are generally used as maintenance vehicles for subways ... that used a diesel engine most of the time, but could turn on an accumulator driven electrical engine to get up some steep hills, or to accelerate. Like Hybrid cars today. ...

I don't like to use rails as energy distribution system. Electric trains are ok. But energy transported by electric rails should be used only by trains. That idea make big electric poles less useful.

Tracks acting like powerlines just for electric locomotives would be great!

Edit: Upgraded tracks. Default tracks act like now, electrified tracks act like powerlines for electric locomotives only
