Wow people seem to be really bothered about the character. I'm not sure it even matters to me for there to be a character at all and just play it like a top down strategy game. The final line should say:

use-system-read-write-data-directories=false
Now saves are stored into factorio's install folder.

Try to click middle mouse button on a slot in train wagons. You can set a filter. Which is exactly what is meant by the line you quoted, as it was bugged in 0.10.

Redefining what demand and supply mean, would not help that cause though. It would confue players who do know what it means. I honestly believe my edit is a step in the right direction. I wanted to change production too, but couldn't find a word that described what I had in mind. Saturation, maybe?

Actually he's not right. -Consumption should be relabeled Supply because that's how much energy is currently being supplied to the network by the generators. --When the Consumption/Supply bar is full, that means the network is getting fully supplied with energy. -Production should be relabeled Dema...

Have you checked if the file is set to read only? Because the error seems to indicate that.

Go to the save, right click, choose properties and check if the read only tick is set.

Yes, sometimes I don't want to see all of that pollution while in alt-view. I have alt-view on most of the time, while I don't always need to see my pollution.

In the controls options, go to the inventory tab. There's everything. "Pick up item" should be bound to the left mouse button. It says so in singular form, but it's supposed to pick up the whole stack.
