Which was actually inconsistent with every other filter slot in the game, that select the slot in cursor when clicking on it, so it is actually a bugfix. I don't quite understand what you're saying. Would you be so nice an elaborate? As far as i can tell no other filter slot in the game even suppor...

One of the core advantages of Bob's mods is that you can load the ones you like and deactivate the ones you don't. These stripes are only present when in map view.
In regular view, you can see chat better.
To see chat the best, you can just open the console and chat history will gain additional semi-transparent background.

Neither bug nor translation error.

The English original also only explains once how to copy&paste, and in subsequent tips only what you can use it for.

The way I do this with belts is usually like this: I limit the amount the chest can hold. With a limit of 800 belts you can easily ctrl+leftclick to take them all, or ctrl+rightclick to take only 400. Sure, but optimize for what? I like to optimize for symmetry / aesthetics. Speedrunners most likely don't care about that.

type /unlock-tips in the console
open the tips&tricks window
hold E for a second or two

Alternatively, you can unckeck "Settings → Interface → Show tutorial notifications"
